Recommended Daily Intake: according to need, 2 to 3 doses per day before meals.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION: 2 doses/20 ml of SILAZEN® provide 160 mg of silicon element, 56.25 mg of magnesium (that is, 15% VRN), 400 mg of orange blossom hydrosol and 400 mg of passionflower.
